Repair and maintenance HVACR equipment located in all the district buildings. Diagnosis and remedy for HVACR related electrical problems, and plumbing issues.

Job Description:

• Maintain and repair all components of HVACR district equipment.
• Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance on facility HVACR equipment.
• Metal fabrication and welding.
• Responsible for district equipmentand /or property.
• Moving equipment from job to job throughout the district.
• Repair and maintenance of HVACR systems. water circulation pumps, and related controls.
• Repair and maintenance of all district refrigeration equipment.
• Assist maintenance staff with electrical controls and help with tracking and repair of electrical and plumbing issues.
• Operate and maintain HVACR building Automation System.

Must complete federal and state background check,have a valid driver's license, and HVACR License and EPA License.
